Should I call FedEx to help me with international tracking information?
We are using a new FedEx program called FIMS.
A lot of the FedEx reps still don't know exactly how this program works, but we can assure you that if you have received tracking info from us, and your package is traceable via the link you received, you're fine.
Many of our customers who have called FedEx directly about their tracking info have been told that there is no record of the package in the FedEx system. This is not true, it's that the regular FedEx employees are not aware of this product; our customers have been receiving their orders, there is really nothing to worry about.
