I'm having issues with the red button on my LIV GX1, what should I do?

If the red (or orange, as some people would define it) button on your GX1 has any of the following issues, you would need to send it in for service:

  • It does not pop out.
  • It has fallen off and you have saved the red button.
  • It has fallen off, and you cannot find the red button.

As long as any of the issues above were not your fault, they will be covered under warranty, and you will not be required to pay for the service. If you're not sure if it was your fault or not, you can review the article at this link.
